Cherry Blossoms in DC!
Now that I'm working "part-time," (see blog....) I decided to venture into Washington DC to see the Cherry Blossoms. I can't remember when I was last there, the forecast was extraordinary for Baltimore (sunny and high in the mid 70's with NO HUMIDITY!!)... and my bike was calling. Thankfully, several friends joined me for a great ride through Rock Creek Park and the Capital Crescent Trail into Georgetown and the Mall. As one of my friends stated: "it wasn't exactly the 17 mile bike ride we thought... it was more of 'dodging people......" but it was heavenly.
