Joy W. Goldman: Photographer and Canvas Creator!
Joy's mission is to "affirm, develop, and heal the best in others... to bring 'joy" to whatever she does." I've often received the compliment: "You are what your name implies," and consider that to be the highest compliment I could ever receive. The way I've chosen to bring "joy" to others has varied... but always with the theme of helping and empowering others. My careers have ranged between nursing, health education and wellness, massage therapy, leadership development and leadership coaching, life coaching, learning and organizational effectiveness. Joy's most recent adventure is Viewfinder Coaching and Consulting dedicated to executive coaching and organizational development consulting.
As a lifelong learner, I've studied human behavior, motivation, culture, and values. I've long been fascinated by different perspectives, different cultures, different religions. I've admired Dewitt Jone's work and his axiom: "there's always more than one right answer," and "when we believe it, we'll see it!"
As a coach, Joy's commitment to empowerment and self-sufficiency guides her work. As with photography, it's up to us to imagine and see possibilities, discover the beauty outside and within, and harness that beauty and talent to make the world a better place. In community, we can create a canvas of peace, unity, and hope!

It is a high quality print on artist canvas. The canvas is stretched over custom made wood supports. It is available in any size. Its depth is 1.5" ( 2.5" available on request)

Joy lives in the Baltimore, Maryland area with her wonderful husband and two precocious and adorable cats: Hunk and Dory! She spends most of her waking hours doing executive and leadership coaching for a community based hospital and as part of her consulting business: Viewfinder Coaching and Consulting.
